Stavros Siamantas holds a Diploma in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He was honored with the best diploma thesis award, for the year 2018, from the Greek Section of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. His diploma thesis titled “Elastic Shaft Alignment of a Container Vessel” investigated the shaft alignment of a typical 10,000 TEU containership.

He works for ShipReality Inc. and is actively engaged in the development of virtual and mixed reality software for the digitalization and automation of the maritime industry.
